Special Events

If you want to request the use any of our churches for events, please fill out the forms below provided by Catholic Mutual and the Diocese. Please contact the parish office for availability.

In order to use the Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Parish facilities, both forms must be completed and returned to Deb Ryan at the parish office. 

There is no charge for the use of the space. Thank you!
