Baptism

Please contact the parish office in order to complete a baptism registration form and obtain two godparent forms. If this is your first child to be baptized, there will be a baptism class that the parents must attend. 

Godparent Form

If the person to be baptized is an adult (ages 7 and up), then there will be a period of preparation (known as "RCIA" or the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) in order to prepare the person for full entry into the Church.
